- • Collaborate with the Operations & Management Strategic Business Unit (O&M SBU) to track, analyze, and optimize the lifecycle of physical assets.
- • Partner with Area Managers, Plant/Project Managers, Technology Team, and clients to support strategic planning, maintenance forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- • Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- • Develop and maintain asset management plans, policies, and procedures.
- • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess asset condition and identify areas for improvement.
- • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- • Collaborate with the Technology Team to develop and implement technology solutions to support asset management.
- • Develop and implement metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of asset management strategies.
- • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, business, or a related field.
- • 3+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or a related field.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
