- • The Assistant General Counsel is a senior legal leader responsible for owning a major legal function and driving strategic alignment between legal and business priorities at Modernizing Medicine (ModMed), a healthcare technology company reimagining the patient experience through its AI-enabled, specialty-specific cloud platform.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and leading a major legal domain (e.g., commercial, product, regulatory), structuring and negotiating complex high-value transactions, providing strategic legal guidance to senior business leaders, developing scalable legal processes and frameworks, driving cross-functional alignment, leading enterprise initiatives, and mentoring attorneys to build team capability.
