Your visual stories will be the first screen the leadership team looks at every morning and the last slide in every client pitch.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales Directors to dissect account-level performance, identify under-penetrated categories, and size white-space opportunities. You will turn last quarter’s 2 % revenue miss into next quarter’s 8 % upside by surfacing granular cohort insights and pricing elasticity models.
- • Drive the quarterly re-forecast cycle: ingest actuals, layer on macro ad-spend outlook, and model best-, base-, and worst-case revenue scenarios. Present findings in crisp, CFO-ready decks that reconcile bottom-up sales commitments with top-down corporate targets.
- • Build an always-on productivity cockpit that tracks salesforce yield (revenue per FTE), win-rate by agency, and cost-per-GRP across genres. Flag early warning signals—such as a sudden 15 % drop in FMCG commitment—so leadership can course-correct before the quarter closes.
- • Translate complex data into persuasive narratives for client proposals. When a top e-commerce platform questions ROI, you will overlay our reach curves with their first-party attribution data to prove incremental lift, helping the team close multi-crore deals faster.
- • Institutionalize a centralized resource hub—think Notion-meets-Google-Sheets—housing playbooks, rate-card history, and competitive intel. Reduce the time Sales spends hunting for information by 40 %, freeing them to do what they do best: sell.
- • Champion experimentation: A/B test new pricing grids, measure uplift from dynamic pod-positioning, and pilot AI-driven yield optimizers. Your test-and-learn agenda will directly influence how the channel packages and prices inventory in the next Upfront season.
- • Maintain a rigorous governance layer—version control, data-quality SLAs, and access rights—so every number the board sees is audit-grade. Own the monthly “Revenue Pulse” newsletter that distills key wins, misses, and action items for 300+ stakeholders.
- • Influence beyond analytics: sit in on green-light meetings for new programming, quantify projected ad yield, and ensure content investments align with revenue potential. Your fingerprints will be on both the P&L and the primetime line-up.
