  • • Master the interplay between linear television and OTT ecosystems; translate ratings, viewership heat-maps, and platform analytics into sharp, data-led narratives that win pitches and upsell cross-screen solutions.
  • • Build and maintain a living 12-month sales pipeline—flag risks early, propose counter-strategies, and ensure forecast accuracy within 5 % month-on-month while exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
  • • Conceptualize and close integrated, multi-crore deals by collaborating with internal sales-strategy, client, and content teams; shepherd each campaign from RFP to post-campaign analysis with zero hand-offs.
  • • Negotiate annual retainers, upfronts, and scatter deals that balance rate integrity and volume growth; secure prime sponsorships and branded content integrations that set new industry benchmarks.
  • • Translate complex audience segments into simple, actionable insights for planners and buyers; run quarterly training sessions that turn agency juniors into JioStar champions.
  • • Monitor competitive moves, rate cards, and market share shifts daily; feed intelligence back to pricing and product teams to keep our offerings two steps ahead.
  • • Champion flawless execution—ensure IOs, specs, and creative assets flow through internal ops seamlessly, meeting SLA targets of 24-hour turnaround and 99 % accuracy.
  • • Represent JioStar at industry forums, agency award nights, and client summits; convert every handshake into pipeline value and every speaking slot into thought-leadership equity.
  • • Mentor junior reps and interns, sharing battle-tested negotiation frameworks and closing techniques that level-up the entire South region sales bench.
  • • Uphold JioStar’s commitment to diversity and inclusion—build relationships that reflect the rich mosaic of India’s audiences and ensure every campaign narrative is culturally authentic.
