• • Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines in Airflow and Databricks that ingest, cleanse, and model data from 750 million weekly viewers, ensuring <2-hour latency for daily decision-making dashboards.
• • Build self-service Tableau and Redash dashboards that surface content affinity scores, churn propensity, and lifetime value metrics to 50+ stakeholders ranging from VPs to content curators.
• • Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on promotional creatives, pricing, and recommendation algorithms, presenting statistically significant uplift findings that directly influence roadmap prioritization.
• • Partner with product, content, and marketing squads in a matrix structure to frame hypotheses, size opportunities, and co-create data-driven playbooks that grow paid subscriber base and watch-time per user.
• • Leverage Python, PySpark, and advanced SQL to prototype predictive models—e.g., next-best-action for push notifications, dynamic ad-load optimization—that are later productionized by ML engineering teams.
• • Translate complex statistical concepts into compelling stories for non-technical executives, using visual metaphors and concise slide decks that secure buy-in and budget within 24-hour turnaround cycles.
• • Continuously audit data quality and lineage, instituting automated anomaly detection that flags schema drift or KPI deviations before they reach leadership reviews.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation by mentoring junior analysts, hosting fortnightly “Insight Jams,” and maintaining an internal wiki of reusable code snippets and metric definitions.
• • Identify repetitive manual tasks—such as weekly cohort exports or campaign tagging—and build lightweight automation that frees 20% analyst capacity for deeper strategic work.
