- • Design live on-air integrations—lower-thirds, split-screen graphics, presenter reads, in-stadium LED takeovers, virtual overlays, and augmented-reality segments—while also identifying complementary offline touchpoints such as fan-zones, contests, and social amplification, always respecting broadcast rights and league guidelines.
- • Translate complex brand objectives into crisp creative briefs; run rapid-fire brainstorming sessions with marketing, creative, production, and product teams to land 360-degree content packages that marry storytelling with sales goals.
- • Mine fandom insights from first-party data, social listening, and real-time audience telemetry to uncover passion triggers, consumption patterns, and emerging micro-communities; convert these findings into hyper-relevant content hooks that deepen viewer loyalty and sponsor resonance.
- • Architect bespoke branded-content franchises—mini-docs, athlete-hosted series, meme-worthy shorts, TikTok challenges, and interactive quizzes—tailored for the PPL (Pay-per-lead / Premium Passionate Loyalist) segment, ensuring each asset ladders back to core brand KPIs and platform monetization targets.
- • Build and maintain a living playbook of integration best-practices, rights matrices, and league-specific do’s & don’ts; socialize it across sales, programming, and ad-ops so every pitch is rights-cleared, cost-efficient, and scalable.
- • Partner with revenue leadership to pre-empt RFPs: proactively package tent-pole ideas (e.g., “Cricket World Cup Green-Zone Tracker” or “U-17 Football Rising Stars Docu-series”) that can be pre-sold, reducing turnaround time and increasing win-rates.
- • Track real-time campaign performance using Mixpanel, Tableau, and proprietary dashboards; distill insights into concise post-mortems that highlight engagement lift, brand recall, and attribution to tune future integrations and upsell renewals.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects—IPL, PKL, FIFA WC qualifiers, e-sports leagues—without dropping a single detail; build Gantt charts, risk registers, and contingency plans to ensure flawless on-air delivery under tight deadlines.
- • Present high-stakes pitches to CMOs and media-agency heads, translating creative vision into hard numbers: projected reach, CPM efficiencies, share-of-voice, and conversion funnels, always closing with a clear call-to-action.
- • Champion inclusivity and accessibility in every integration—captioned content, sign-language inserts, gender-neutral language—so JioStar’s 750-million-strong audience sees itself reflected on screen.
- • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging tech—5G-enabled multi-angle streams, shoppable video, NFT ticketing—piloting small-scale experiments that can evolve into next-gen sponsorship inventory.
- • Mentor junior associates and interns, instilling a culture of curiosity, data-driven creativity, and fearless experimentation that keeps JioStar at the forefront of sports media innovation.
