- • Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for JioStar’s Ads product, translating petabytes of clickstream, supply, and demand data into clear, monetizable insights that directly influence product roadmap and revenue targets.
- • Design and execute large-scale A/B and multivariate experiments across ad formats, targeting algorithms, and pricing models; interpret statistical significance, surface winners, and socialize learnings to Product, Sales, and Executive teams within 48 hours of test completion.
- • Build predictive models for demand-supply forecasting, impression yield, and advertiser ROI using Python, PySpark, and SQL on Hadoop/Spark clusters; maintain model accuracy above 90 % MAPE and refresh pipelines daily to keep forecasts actionable.
- • Create executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that track real-time KPIs—CPM, fill-rate, viewability, churn, LTV—enabling stakeholders to spot anomalies and opportunities without writing a single query.
- • Partner with Ad Ops, Sales, and Content teams to identify whitespace inventory, optimize pod placement, and recommend pricing strategies that have historically unlocked 8–12 % incremental revenue per quarter.
- • Dive deep into GenAI applications—natural-language query interfaces, synthetic audience generation, and automated insight narration—to reduce manual analysis time by 30 % and democratize data access across non-technical users.
- • Translate complex statistical findings into crisp, story-driven narratives for C-suite and board-level audiences; distill 50-page data decks into 5-slide decision briefs that consistently secure green-light funding for new initiatives.
- • Champion data governance and ETL best practices, ensuring every table, column, and dashboard is documented, unit-tested, and compliant with GDPR and India DPDP regulations.
- • Mentor junior analysts through code reviews, lunch-and-learn sessions, and quarterly hackathons, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous improvement.
- • Stay ahead of Adtech trends—cookieless targeting, CTV measurement, shoppable ads—and proactively prototype solutions that keep JioStar at the cutting edge of the $10 Bn Indian advertising market.
