- • Own the entire corporate travel vertical for JioStar’s pan-India footprint, steering a multi-crore annual budget that serves 1,000+ employees and C-suite executives. You will set the strategic roadmap, design and enforce travel policies, and continuously re-engineer processes to cut costs without compromising comfort or safety.
- • Be the single point of accountability for every mile flown, every hotel night booked, and every ground ride taken. You will monitor real-time dashboards, flag anomalies, and intervene instantly to protect traveller experience and company spend.
- • Build and nurture a high-performing vendor ecosystem that includes Thomas Cook, Quest2Travel, Ola, Uber, Orix, Mahindra Lease, and Jio’s own mobility services. You will negotiate master service agreements, run quarterly business reviews, and enforce SLA/KPI scorecards that drive 99%+ on-time performance and measurable savings.
- • Translate complex travel data into board-ready insights. You will prepare monthly cost-centre reports, benchmark against industry indices, and present recommendations that directly influence budget reallocations and policy changes.
- • Serve as the trusted travel advisor to senior leadership. From last-minute CEO itineraries to large-scale off-site events, you will anticipate needs, secure preferential rates, and ensure seamless execution that reflects JioStar’s premium brand.
- • Administer prestigious corporate club memberships—think golf, business, and lifestyle clubs—ensuring employees and executives unlock every perk, from priority reservations to exclusive networking events.
- • End-to-end ownership of the company car lease programme: vendor selection, lease structuring, policy compliance, and employee lifecycle support. You will balance cost, carbon footprint, and employee satisfaction while managing a fleet of 200+ vehicles.
- • Run a 24x7 corporate helpdesk that resolves travel, mobility, and facilities queries within agreed SLAs. You will design escalation matrices, build self-service knowledge bases, and champion a culture of “customer first” across the team.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Security, and Legal to embed travel risk management, duty-of-care protocols, and sustainability initiatives into every itinerary.
- • Champion continuous improvement: pilot AI-driven booking tools, automate expense reconciliation, and roll out mobile-first traveller apps that cut processing time by 30%.
- • Lead ad-hoc corporate projects—mobile connection management, exit clearance workflows, and VIP event logistics—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a hyper-growth environment.
