- • As an Assistant Manager, Fund Administration (Onboarding) at Juniper Square, you will play a critical role in onboarding new customers onto the company’s fund administration services, ensuring seamless setup of fund accounting and reporting systems while driving process improvements and client satisfaction.
- • You will lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding of new fund administration clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines, managing client relationships independently, and serving as the primary technical accounting expert during implementation.
- • You will oversee the collection, review, and reconciliation of customer offering documents and financial data, validate workspace configurations for accuracy, and ensure quality before handoff to ongoing service teams.
- • You will identify and relay product feedback from onboarding experiences to product development teams, contribute to process optimization initiatives, and participate in special projects to support the scaling of Juniper Square’s fund administration service.
- • You will work within a high-growth, innovative culture that values ownership, collaboration, and transparency, with the flexibility to work remotely or in hybrid formats across multiple global locations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, and/or real estate funds
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- • Proven experience with customer onboarding, data migration, or implementations in a fund administration or fin-tech environment
- • Advanced understanding of complex accounting transactions, private equity investment structures, and reporting requirements for private equity funds
- • Comfortable with ambiguity within a hyper-growth, startup environment
- • Experience scoping out system requirements and implementing new systems
