• • As an Assistant Manager, Fund Administration (Waterfall) at Juniper Square, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and compliant financial execution of private equity fund operations, directly supporting the company’s mission to bring transparency and efficiency to private markets through technology.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include spearheading the execution and auditing of complex distribution waterfalls, calculating Net Asset Value (NAV) in alignment with ASC 946, deconstructing Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) for accurate accounting treatment, and serving as a technical expert in FIS Investran and advanced Excel/Power Query for automation and modeling.
• • You will join a values-driven, globally distributed team operating across the U.S., Canada, India, Luxembourg, and England, with hybrid work options available in physical offices located in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai, and Bangalore, enabling collaboration in a digital-first environment.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in private equity accounting, master complex waterfall structures and clawback mechanics, become a recognized authority on LPA interpretation and ASC 946 compliance, and enhance your technical proficiency in FIS Investran and data automation tools—positioning you for advancement in fund accounting and financial operations leadership.
