- • Own the revenue strategy for your channel cluster: translate annual budgets, market dynamics and competitive intelligence into a living roadmap that the 200+ member sales organization can execute with confidence. Your models and scenario planning will directly decide how ₹2,000+ Cr of inventory is priced, packaged and pitched every quarter.
- • Turn raw BARC, TAM and proprietary BI data into “aha” insights that win pitches. You will mine 50+ GB of weekly viewership logs, social buzz and spend data to surface white-space opportunities, predict client churn and craft deal structures that out-maneuver rivals before they even see the brief.
- • Build the single source of truth for advertiser performance. Design and refresh automated dashboards that track 400+ brands across 18 genres, flagging share-of-voice shifts, ROI gaps and cross-channel cannibalization so account directors walk into every meeting with bullet-proof talking points.
- • Lead the analytics engine behind annual and mega deals worth ₹100-500 Cr each. From first RFP to final signature you will size audiences, model reach curves, stress-test rate cards and simulate competitor responses, compressing a 4-week cycle into 72 hours when the client moves fast.
- • Be the whisper-media pioneer. Partner with programming, production and ad-ops to quantify the value of in-content integrations, product placements and addressable ad pods, creating new revenue lines that did not exist last quarter.
- • Run ad-hoc strategic projects at CEO/CMO request—whether it is a post-merger network portfolio re-rating, a genre entry strategy for South markets or a pricing elasticity study for IPL inventory—delivering board-ready decks that shape multi-year investment decisions.
- • Evangelize best-in-class tools and methodologies. Pilot AI-driven forecasting, test new data partnerships (e.g., set-top-box return path, e-commerce sales linkage) and institutionalize learnings so the entire PRS community levels up.
- • Coach and upskill a squad of 3–4 analysts. Set crisp OKRs, review code/logic, run story-telling workshops and create a culture where every number ties back to revenue impact.
- • Influence without authority. You will negotiate with sales heads, genre GMs and finance controllers to align on targets, trade-offs and risk appetite—turning analytical recommendations into signed-off action plans.
- • Stay relentlessly curious. Track global OTT pricing trends, FMCG category shifts and regulatory changes (TRAI tariff order, NTO 3.0) so JioStar is never blindsided and always two moves ahead.
