- • Own the end-to-end creative journey for marquee Impact Properties, JHS Originals and WTPs—turning high-stakes brand briefs into culture-shaping campaigns that 750 million viewers will see every week.
- • Sit at the intersection of programming, PRS, sales and production to translate brand KPIs into content, culture and tech-driven solutions that feel native to the JioStar ecosystem and irresistible to audiences.
- • Translate abstract objectives into sharp, pitch-ready concepts: mood boards, story arcs, experiential hooks, tech integrations and visual toolkits that can be sold in the morning and green-lit by the afternoon.
- • Build and maintain a living, searchable library of visual templates, brand formats, motion graphics, set designs and reusable creative assets—cutting turnaround time for recurring properties by up to 40 %.
- • Run daily scrums with writers, directors, set designers, digital producers and external vendors to lock scripts, storyboards, budgets and timelines—then chase every deliverable until it lands on the server, pixel-perfect and on time.
- • Shepherd each campaign from pre-production (casting, location, tech specs) through on-ground execution (multi-camera shoots, live inserts, AR overlays) to post-production (editing, color, final delivery) without losing the creative soul or the brand voice.
- • Anticipate and solve last-minute curveballs—weather delays, talent dropouts, regulatory clearances—while keeping stakeholders calm and the creative bar high.
- • Contribute to weekly creative huddles and quarterly innovation workshops, pitching proactive ideas that can evolve into next year’s tent-pole properties or new revenue streams.
- • Track real-time performance data and social chatter, turning insights into rapid creative tweaks that extend shelf life and boost brand love.
- • Champion inclusive storytelling; ensure every campaign reflects the diversity of India’s regions, languages and lived experiences—especially those historically under-represented on screen.
- • Mentor junior creatives and production coordinators, building a culture where feedback is candid, deadlines are sacred and the work always feels bigger than the brief.
- • Stay fluent in emerging tech—virtual production, generative AI, interactive OTT overlays—then prototype small bets that can scale across the network.
- • Represent JioStar at client meetings, production houses and industry panels, articulating how creativity and data converge to deliver measurable business impact.
- • Maintain meticulous documentation: call sheets, risk matrices, asset logs and post-mortems that turn chaos into repeatable playbooks for the next blockbuster project.
