  • • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of interactive campaigns on India’s fastest-growing OTT platform—from the first spark of an idea to the final engagement metric—ensuring every touch-point feels magical for millions of viewers.
  • • Translate content briefs into immersive, story-driven interactive experiences that turn passive viewers into active superfans: polls, quizzes, branching narratives, AR filters, live chats, and real-time gratification mechanics that keep audiences glued to their screens.
  • • Conduct weekly genre deep-dives across drama, reality, sports, and regional originals to surface unmet audience needs; craft tailored interactive blueprints that map viewer psychology to content type, time-of-day, and device usage patterns.
  • • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with product managers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, scalable features; run A/B tests, usability studies, and beta roll-outs to validate hypotheses before national launches.
  • • Orchestrate seamless cross-functional workflows with programming (to sync campaign timing with episode drops), legal (to clear IP, T&C, and gratification rules), commercial (to align sponsor integrations), and analytics (to embed measurement pixels and event tracking from day one).
  • • Maintain a living content calendar that balances tent-pole premieres, surprise drops, and evergreen IP; ensure metadata, copy, and creative assets are updated in real time across web, mobile, and CTV endpoints.
  • • Build and own a KPI dashboard that tracks participation rate, dwell time, repeat visits, and downstream conversions; translate insights into rapid iteration sprints that lift engagement by double digits quarter-over-quarter.
  • • Champion accessibility and inclusivity in every interactive element—closed-captioned quizzes, voice-first polls, and color-blind-safe visuals—so every fan, regardless of ability, can participate fully.
  • • Lead weekly “culture watch” sessions with the broader marketing squad to surface emerging memes, linguistic trends, and platform behaviors; convert these signals into culturally fluent campaigns that trend organically on Twitter and Instagram.
  • • Manage external vendors, influencers, and UGC creators to co-produce interactive challenges that amplify reach while staying on-brand and legally compliant.
  • • Present campaign retrospectives to senior leadership, translating complex data stories into crisp narratives that secure budget for the next bold experiment.
  • • Stay ahead of the curve on Web3, AI-driven personalization, and shoppable video—run quarterly innovation sprints to pilot 1-2 bleeding-edge formats that position JioStar as the category thought leader.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6–7 years of proven experience designing and executing interactive or engagement-driven campaigns for OTT platforms, TV networks, advertising agencies, or social-first brands.
  • • Demonstrated success in launching features that measurably increased viewer engagement (time spent, return visits, social shares) using data-driven experimentation.
  • • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills in English and at least one Indian language; able to craft crisp CTAs, error states, and gratification messages that feel native to Gen Z and millennial audiences.
  • • Strong project-management muscle—comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities without dropping quality or compliance standards.
  • • Deep fluency in analytics dashboards (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to translate raw event data into actionable insights for creative teams.
  • • Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS, or low-code interactive tools (Typeform, Ceros, Rive), plus a pop-culture obsession that spans K-dramas, IPL, and Bollywood gossip.
