  • • Own and exceed revenue targets for marquee FMCG and Health & Wellness advertisers on JioStar’s Entertainment & Sports inventory, acting as the single-threaded owner for every rupee booked and renewed across your named accounts.
  • • Serve as JioStar’s market ambassador, evangelising our full-funnel ad solutions (spot TV, branded content, shoppable video, interactive overlays, live-sports sponsorships, data-driven audience segments) to C-suite marketers and their agency partners.
  • • Build and maintain a rolling 12-month strategic account plan for each client, mapping business objectives to measurable media KPIs, forecasting quarterly revenue, and flagging risks or upsell opportunities 90 days in advance.
  • • Run consultative discovery workshops with brand, media, and insights teams to surface unmet needs; translate findings into bespoke proposals that weave together reach, engagement, and commerce levers unique to JioHotstar’s 500 M+ logged-in users.
  • • Orchestrate flawless campaign execution by briefing creative, ad-ops, pricing, and product teams; monitor delivery daily, optimise pacing and targeting, and present mid-flight insights that keep spend live and performance on track.
  • • Publish quarterly case studies and joint-business-plan scorecards that quantify ROI (uplift in penetration, share-of-voice, e-commerce sales) and secure larger upfront commitments for marquee properties like IPL, Bigg Boss, and ICC tournaments.
  • • Maintain a real-time CRM pipeline with >3x coverage ratio, rigorous stage definitions, and weekly hygiene reviews; ensure every deal is compliant with rate cards, credit policies, and inventory governance.
  • • Deepen senior-level relationships through market intelligence breakfasts, co-created thought-leadership whitepapers, and on-stage representation at industry forums, positioning yourself as the go-to advisor on India’s rapidly evolving digital video landscape.
  • • Collaborate with data science and product teams to pilot beta offerings (shoppable live-streams, cohort-based attribution, AI-generated creative) and convert early adopters into lighthouse references that accelerate scaled roll-outs.
  • • Champion a culture of continuous learning by sharing competitive battlecards, auction pricing trends, and consumer-insight nuggets across the LCS pod, lifting overall team win-rates and average deal size.
