  • • Own and exceed revenue targets for a defined set of mid-market advertisers in the Entertainment vertical, acting as the single point of accountability for P&L, forecasting accuracy, and YoY growth.
  • • Serve as JioStar’s brand ambassador in the Chennai market—building trust with C-suite marketers, media-agency heads, and category specialists—so that every client views JioStar as the default partner for breakthrough campaigns across TV and Digital.
  • • Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of India’s converged TV + Digital ecosystem; translate audience insights, platform innovations, and category trends into bespoke, full-funnel media solutions that unlock incremental share of wallet.
  • • Maintain a living, always-current sales pipeline in CRM; proactively flag risks, mobilize internal resources, and present mitigation plans to leadership every week, ensuring no deal slips through the cracks.
  • • Orchestrate end-to-end stakeholder management—from initial pitch to post-campaign case study—negotiating commercials, securing approvals, and aligning cross-functional pods (Planning, Ops, Creative, Finance, Legal) to deliver flawless execution.
  • • Co-create joint business plans with clients that span quarterly roadmaps, sponsorship integrations, tent-pole events, and always-on content; drive monthly run-rate revenue while simultaneously incubating long-term strategic bets.
  • • Leverage first-party data, viewership analytics, and attribution studies to craft compelling narratives that prove ROI, justify premium pricing, and accelerate renewal cycles.
  • • Champion thought-leadership initiatives—client interviews, industry panels, award submissions—that elevate JioStar’s reputation and generate inbound demand.
  • • Collaborate with Product, Ad-Tech, and Content teams to pilot new ad formats, shoppable integrations, and performance solutions, turning early experiments into scalable revenue streams.
  • • Mentor junior reps and share best practices across the Mid-Market pod, cultivating a culture of relentless curiosity, ethical selling, and customer obsession.
  • • Uphold JioStar’s diversity & inclusion values in every client interaction and internal forum, ensuring equitable access to opportunities and resources for all partners and colleagues.
