  • • Build and maintain a living, breathing sales pipeline that is always 3Ă— your quarterly quota; flag risks early, propose mitigation plans, and keep CRM hygiene immaculate so leadership can forecast with confidence.
  • • Master the art of consultative selling: translate a client’s business problem into a data-backed, cross-platform media solution that blends high-impact TV sponsorships with precision-targeted digital inventory.
  • • Deep-dive into India’s convergent TV + Digital landscape—track emerging genres, audience shifts, ad-tech innovations, and competitor moves—then package these insights into crisp, client-ready narratives that open doors and wallets.
  • • Orchestrate end-to-end stakeholder management with minimal supervision: pitch CMOs, negotiate with procurement, align creative teams, and loop in measurement partners to ensure flawless campaign execution and renewal.
  • • Drive quarterly joint business plans (JBPs) with top accounts; co-create content franchises, data labs, and experiential IPs that ladder up to their growth KPIs and secure multi-year revenue commitments.
  • • Produce case studies, client testimonials, and thought-leadership pieces that showcase ROI; leverage these assets to expand share-of-wallet within existing accounts and to crack new logos in the mid-market segment.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with ad-ops, pricing, product, and insights teams to custom-build packages, secure inventory, and optimize yield—ensuring every deal is profitable for JioStar and impactful for the client.
  • • Maintain monthly run-rate momentum through always-on tactical campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal sponsorships that smooth revenue curves and hit quarterly EBITDA goals.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation—pilot shoppable ads, second-screen integrations, and AI-driven dynamic creative—then scale winning formats across your portfolio and share best practices with the wider sales org.
