- • Own the complete analytics lifecycle for marquee Hindi Specials and Non-Fiction shows on JioStar’s digital platform, starting with raw data ingestion and ending with board-ready insights that influence multi-crore content investments.
- • Design, build, and refresh weekly performance dashboards for tent-pole properties such as Bigg Boss, delivering real-time visibility into viewership, watch-time, completion rates, and subscription lift to content, marketing, and revenue teams.
- • Perform deep-dive comparative, cohort, and demographic analyses to surface why certain episodes, promos, or talent outperform others—translating findings into concrete programming tweaks, promo edits, or marketing bursts that can swing daily active users by double-digit percentages.
- • Field ad-hoc analytical requests from senior leadership within hours, not days, using SQL, Mixpanel, Redash, and Amplitude to query terabytes of event-level data and return crisp, decision-ready answers.
- • Architect and maintain scalable data warehouses and ETL pipelines that standardize metrics definitions across teams, eliminate duplicate work, and cut dashboard build time by 30–40 %.
- • Track the full funnel—from impression to play start to completion to subscription conversion—pinpointing drop-off points and collaborating with product, content, and growth squads to plug leaks and maximize lifetime value.
- • Translate complex statistical outputs into visually compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders; present to VPs and C-suite during weekly business reviews, directly shaping green-light decisions and marketing budgets.
- • Act as the analytics mentor for junior analysts and interns, codifying best practices in SQL style guides, dashboard design templates, and statistical rigor so the team’s impact compounds over time.
- • Partner with content strategy, marketing, and ad-sales to ensure every insight ties back to revenue—whether that means optimizing promo allocation, refining target cohorts for upsell campaigns, or validating sponsorship guarantees.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—OTT benchmarks, social buzz metrics, and emerging audience behaviors—to keep JioStar’s analytics practice best-in-class and continuously raise the bar for data-driven storytelling.
