- • The Assistant Relationship Manager - APAC role is integral to Xapo Bank’s Relationship Management Team, focusing on managing a portfolio of high-net-worth customer accounts and contributing to long-term client retention and revenue growth.
- • Day to day, the person will learn to onboard, service, and sell products to UHNW and Family Office clients, act as a point of contact for a client book after training, support senior team members in managing relationships, attend regional events to generate leads, and assist with cross-selling initiatives and client calls.

- • In this role, the person will gain exposure to UHNW and Family Office client segments, develop skills in client relationship management, lead identification, and solution formulation, and receive training to achieve defined revenue targets while building a foundation for a successful career in client-facing roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Fluency in English is required
- • A strong interest in Bitcoin and/or crypto
- • Chinese, Japanese, or Korean proficiency is an advantage
- • 2+ years of working experience in a related field is an advantage
