• • As an Associate at Oxeon Partners, you will serve as a key driver in executive search engagements, partnering on C-suite mandates for high-growth healthcare companies and helping to identify and place transformative leaders in technology, product, and AI roles.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating market insights through creative research and rigorous market mapping, leading high-touch candidate engagement with personalized outreach, conducting screening calls and interviews, and translating findings into client-ready deliverables such as candidate profiles and search summaries.
• • Oxeon is a healthcare-focused, employee-owned executive search and investment firm that partners with category-defining companies to solve systemic healthcare problems, leveraging a unique blend of data, networks, and relationship-centered methodology to drive 10x+ valuation growth for partners.
