• • As a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, playing an integral role in delivering top talent to meet critical hiring needs across the UK, Poland, and South Africa markets.
• • Day to day, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—identifying and assessing candidates, conducting phone screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback, building and maintaining talent networks, developing proactive sourcing strategies, presenting talent, consulting on hiring decisions, managing client and candidate relationships, meeting weekly and monthly submit and hire goals, and maintaining ATS data and reports.
