• • As a Senior HR Professional at SEH, Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor and key contributor to the Human Resources team, supporting the organization by implementing and administering HR programs while reinforcing effective people practices across the business. This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who thrives in environments undergoing change and enjoys teaching, coaching, and building structure.
• • Day to day, you will implement HR programs including compensation and benefits administration, training and development, employee and labor relations, and affirmative action/EEO compliance; collect and analyze internal and external HR data to benchmark practices; ensure compliance with labor laws; provide consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees; facilitate onboarding and preboarding; support organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management; contribute to standardized HR tools and documentation; propose improvements based on insights; support Workday functionality and adoption; and help evolve HR toward data-informed decisions and improved employee experiences.
