📋 Description

• • Work closely with teams to support the office of the CFO at private equity-backed portfolio companies, focusing on finance strategy and process improvements including capability and maturity assessments, operating model design, and technology optimization roadmaps.
• • Design and enhance financial processes across key areas: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A, with a focus on increasing effectiveness, reducing costs, and improving shareholder value.
• • Develop and implement KPI dashboards and tracking tools to enable data-driven decision-making and improve financial reporting speed and accuracy.
• • Assess and recommend change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new financial systems and workflows.
• • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring project timelines are met, client expectations are managed, and course corrections are made proactively.
• • Interact directly with C-level executives at portfolio companies and representatives from private equity sponsors to build trusted advisory relationships.
• • Assist in business development by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to proposals and client outreach efforts.
• • Sponsor and lead internal initiatives to strengthen firm capabilities, culture, and operational efficiency.
• • Travel extensively across Europe to deliver client engagements in various jurisdictions, requiring flexibility and adaptability to regional business environments.
• • Apply deep expertise in strategic finance best practices, particularly in the professionalization of finance functions within private equity portfolios.
• • Leverage subject matter expertise in financial automation, technology deployment, and operational assessments to drive transformational outcomes.
• • Combine hands-on execution with strategic oversight, managing complex workstreams while maintaining focus on individual deliverables.
