  • • As an Associate Account Manager at Fresha, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and protecting retention across your portfolio of beauty, wellness, and self-care business partners. You will be responsible for owning and nurturing partner relationships, ensuring clients maximize value from Fresha’s AI-powered operating system, which includes booking, POS, marketing, and financial technology tools.
  • • Day to day, you will engage with salon, spa, fitness, and wellness business owners and professionals to understand their needs, provide product guidance, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and resolve issues to improve satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and product teams to align on partner feedback, campaign execution, and product improvements.
  • • You will join a fast-growing, global tech company headquartered in London with 15 offices worldwide, including a presence in Vancouver. Fresha powers over 1 billion appointments and serves 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals, offering a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact merchant success and platform growth.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong commercial acumen, learn how SaaS and marketplace platforms serve vertical-specific industries, and gain experience in account management, revenue operations, and cross-functional collaboration — building a foundation for advancement into senior account management or commercial leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in SaaS, marketplace, or B2B environments
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with business owners and professionals
  • • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • • Experience using CRM tools and data to track account health, identify growth opportunities, and report on performance
  • • Passion for the beauty, wellness, or self-care industry or a strong interest in learning about it
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
