- • Serve as a seasonal Carrier Associate Benefit Advisor to guide consumers through health insurance selection over the phone, helping them make informed decisions about coverage that meets their needs.
- • Provide consultative sales support by listening to beneficiary concerns, assessing their circumstances, and recommending appropriate health insurance plans from top national and regional carriers.
- • Complete state-mandated training to prepare for and obtain a resident health insurance license, with additional six weeks of structured onboarding to build sales proficiency.
- • Conduct inbound and outbound calls during work hours, following up on leads and cross-selling ancillary insurance products as part of sales objectives.
- • Navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously while on calls, ensuring accurate data entry, plan comparisons, and customer record updates.
- • Adhere to daily sales metrics and performance goals, with calls recorded and monitored for quality assurance and compliance.
- • Operate within a regulated insurance environment requiring strict adherence to federal and state licensing laws, compliance protocols, and ethical sales practices.
- • Work within a call center environment from home, maintaining professional communication standards and customer service excellence throughout all interactions.
- • Be available to work shifts between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM PST, including weekends, with mandatory availability during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7).

- • Maintain a high level of technological proficiency to manage real-time transitions between CRM systems, plan comparison tools, and documentation platforms during customer conversations.
- • Undergo extensive background checks, including lifetime criminal history and credit history reviews, as required for licensed insurance agent status.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on transparent, trustworthy guidance that connects individuals with life-changing health care coverage.
🎯 Requirements
- • Ability to obtain or currently hold an active resident state health insurance license
- • Previous sales experience or demonstrated passion for learning and growing in a sales role
- • Strong technology skills to navigate multiple computer systems while on the phone
- • Must be able to pass extensive background checks including criminal and credit history reviews
- • Availability to work 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST, including weekends and extended hours during Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7)
