- • As an Associate Brand Manager at Cart.com, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Brand Management team to drive brand awareness, client satisfaction, and growth for a diverse portfolio of B2C, B2B, and public sector clients. This role is essential to helping merchants unify commerce operations from product discovery to delivery, contributing to Cart.com’s mission of being the global backbone of commerce.
- • Day to day, you will provide executional support to Brand Managers and Directors, prepare for client meetings with data analytics and reporting, attend meetings to track action items, submit and monitor internal tickets to cross-functional teams (Operations, Content), track contracted deliverables for account health, collaborate with Media and Operations teams, and develop hands-on expertise in eCommerce facets including media, SEO, supply chain, content, merchandising, and Amazon strategy.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in brand strategy, eCommerce operations, and client account management. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Amazon and retail platforms, strengthen analytical and reporting skills using Excel, learn to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment, and build a foundation for advancement into senior Brand Management roles through ownership, results-driven performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
