- • Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making across high-priority initiatives
- • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to extract key behavioral insights that directly inform product roadmap and business strategy
- • Define, test, and optimize levers for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth, using quantitative analysis to identify high-impact opportunities
- • Conduct in-depth analyses using advanced machine learning models to uncover patterns, predict trends, and generate actionable insights that shape Jerry’s growth trajectory
- • Champion data-driven initiatives across the organization by translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency, reducing reliance on repetitive tasks and increasing scalability
- • Support the development of new products from 0-1 by conducting market analysis, customer research, and feasibility assessments to guide product-market fit and launch strategy
- • Work directly with the VP of BizOps & Analytics to align business operations priorities with company-wide goals, including scaling from 5M to 50M customers and targeting a $10B valuation
- • Analyze carrier growth and development initiatives to identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, and strategic partnerships within the $2T U.S. car ownership market
- • Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and first-principles thinking to tackle ambiguous, high-impact business challenges with minimal supervision
- • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite, tailoring messaging for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Continuously push the bar for excellence by setting high personal and team standards, driving accountability, and pursuing measurable impact in every project
- • Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to run complex data queries, build reporting dashboards, and validate hypotheses using large-scale customer and operational datasets
- • Contribute to the creation and refinement of metrics, KPIs, and tracking systems that measure success across core business functions including acquisition, retention, and monetization
- • Actively participate in a talent-dense environment, learning from and contributing to a team of exceptionally sharp, driven professionals focused on solving real-world problems with AI and automation
- • Support the expansion of Jerry’s super app ecosystem by analyzing user behavior across insurance, loan refinancing, repair marketplace, diagnostics, and GenAI-powered chatbot/voicebot features
- • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce friction across the car ownership lifecycle by leveraging data from over 5 million active users
- • Help scale operations to support exponential growth while maintaining high standards of accuracy, speed, and innovation in all business intelligence activities
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- • Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking and structured frameworks
- • Experience leading A/B experiments and translating insights into business strategy
- • Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to both technical teams and C-suite executives
