📋 Description

• • Join a pre-IPO startup with significant capital, traction, and runway ($240M funded, 60X revenue growth in 5 years, $2T market size) to disrupt the car ownership market and scale from 5M to 50M customers while building toward a $10B business.
• • Partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG, Better) to champion data-driven decisions across critical initiatives including carrier growth, new product development (0-1), and scalable user acquisition strategies.
• • Work within a talent-dense Business Operations & Analytics team that leverages advanced machine learning models to conduct deep analyses and extract insights shaping company-wide growth strategies.
• • Contribute to Jerry’s mission as America’s first and only super app simplifying car ownership through AI-powered services spanning insurance, financing, repairs, diagnostics, and more, serving over 5M customers across 6 countries.
• • Drive impact by integrating customer performance insights into acquisition strategies with marketing, product, and business development teams.
• • Lead end-to-end A/B experiment design, execution, and analysis on new and existing features to inform product and business decisions.
• • Identify and test levers for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth while automating manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
