- • Join a pre-IPO startup with strong capital, traction, and runway ($240M funded, 60X revenue growth in 5 years, $2T market size) to help scale from 5M to 50M customers and build a $10B business.
- • Partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics to drive data-driven decisions across critical initiatives like carrier growth, new product development (0-1), and user acquisition strategies.
- • Work within a talent-dense Business Operations & Analytics team that leverages advanced machine learning models to extract insights shaping company-wide growth strategies.
- • Contribute to Jerry’s mission of building America’s first super app for affordable and accessible car ownership, integrating insurance, loans, repairs, diagnostics, and AI-powered tools.
- • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on product features to inform business and product strategies.
- • Identify and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency and support scalable user and partnership growth.
- • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies.
- • Develop frameworks for problem-solving using first principles and communicate insights effectively to audiences ranging from front-line staff to the C-suite.
- • Grow professionally in a high-performance culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and egoless collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science).
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience at a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) OR equivalent experience in business analysis or operations.
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or conducting complex data analysis to support decision-making.
- • Strong problem-solving framework grounded in first principles and structured thinking.
- • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences, from operational teams to executive leadership.
- • Demonstrated track record of setting high standards and driving continuous improvement in personal and team performance.
