- • Work within a talent-dense Business Operations & Analytics team led by a former BCG and Better executive, leveraging advanced machine learning models to extract actionable insights that directly influence company-wide initiatives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
