- • As a Business Operations Associate at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a key role in championing data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives such as carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s mission to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business.
- • Day to day, you will partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies, lead the design and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, identify automation opportunities to optimize operational efficiency, and define levers to drive profitable and scalable growth.
- • You will join a talent-dense, high-performing Business Operations & Analytics team led by a VP with BCG and Better experience, working in a pre-IPO startup that has achieved profitability, raised $240M, and grown revenue 60X in five years, operating across six countries with a mission to disrupt the $2T U.S. car ownership market.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your career growth by owning complex, high-impact problems, applying structured thinking and first-principles problem solving, communicating insights to audiences from front-line employees to the C-suite, and leveraging advanced machine learning models and SQL to extract actionable insights that shape company-wide growth strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- • Framework for problem solving and commitment to first principles thinking
- • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from front-line employees to the C-suite
- • High personal bar for excellence and a drive to continuously improve performance
