- • Join a pre-IPO startup with strong traction and runway, aiming to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business by disrupting the $2T U.S. car ownership market through a super app offering insurance, financing, repairs, and more.
- • Partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics to drive data-informed decisions across critical initiatives like carrier growth, product development (0-1), and user acquisition strategies, leveraging advanced machine learning models for deep analysis.
- • Work within a talent-dense Business Operations & Analytics team that values structured thinking, ownership, and impact, where you’ll own complex problems and collaborate across marketing, product, and business development to integrate customer insights.
- • Accelerate your career growth by leading A/B experiment design and execution, identifying process automation opportunities, and testing levers for profitable, scalable growth in a high-performance culture that rewards excellence and first-principles thinking.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- • Framework for problem solving and commitment to first principles thinking
- • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite
- • High personal bar for excellence and a drive to continuously raise performance standards
