- • The Associate Business Operations Analyst is an entry-level role on Delinea’s Global Operations team, designed for early-career analysts who turn data into decisions and aim to grow into project leadership. Reporting to the VP of Operations and partnering with Program and Project Managers, the role sits at the intersection of analytics and execution—building dashboards and models that show how the business runs and helping drive projects that improve operational performance.
- • Day to day, the person will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models using Excel, Claude, or Power BI; translate business questions into analyses and recommendations; pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; build automations using AI assistants and scripting to eliminate manual work; partner with Program and Project Managers to plan, track, and coordinate operational initiatives; prepare materials for operating reviews including weekly status, steering committees, and leadership updates; coordinate meetings and operating cadences by scheduling, building agendas, capturing notes, and following up on action items; and document and improve processes and workflows to standardize and scale work across a global organization.
- • Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, offering a cloud-native Identity Security Platform powered by AI. The company delivers robust security with 99.995% uptime, 90% fewer resources needed than competitors, and deployment in weeks—not months. Backed by TPG and driven by world-class product leadership and engineering, Delinea values diversity, innovation, respect, and fairness, and is committed to making the world a safer place.
- • In this role, the person can learn to apply real analytics skills from day one, present insights to senior leaders, gain hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, build a foundation for a career in operations, analytics, or program management, and grow within a fast-scaling cybersecurity company that invests in employee development and career progression.

- • Hands-on experience with data, including comfort with Excel and at least one visualization tool such as Power BI
- • Ability to translate business needs into clear analysis, dashboards, and recommendations, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- • Excellent written and verbal communication and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset

- • Excellent benefits including healthcare insurance, pension/retirement matching, and comprehensive life insurance
