📋 Description

• As an Associate, Business Operations - Product Management at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users discover, evaluate, and purchase car insurance through Jerry.ai’s AI-powered super app. This role is designed for analytical thinkers ready to transition from frameworks to real product ownership in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
• Day to day, you will conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points, own user feedback monitoring by synthesizing insights from reviews and support, drive bug triage with Engineering, lead end-to-end delivery of scoped product initiatives like landing pages and compliance features, partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality user experiences, contribute to A/B testing and funnel analysis, translate customer problems into hypotheses and roadmap priorities, and coordinate with the China-based engineering team during overlapping business hours.
• You will be embedded in Jerry’s Growth team, collaborating closely with Engineering (including the China-based team), Design, Analytics, and Marketing, with direct visibility to senior leadership including the CEO. Jerry.ai is a profitable, pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding, serving over 5 million users with a 4.7-star app store rating, and aiming to disrupt the $2T car ownership market through AI-powered innovation.
• In this role, you will develop deep product instincts, sharpen your analytical and structured thinking, gain end-to-end product delivery experience, build expertise in growth experimentation and funnel optimization, strengthen cross-functional collaboration across global teams, and accelerate your career growth in a talent-dense environment shaped by leaders from Amazon, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, and LinkedIn.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
• Exceptionally structured thinker with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate with precision
• Strong customer empathy and developing product/UX instincts to articulate why user flows work or don’t
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis
• Willing to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a plus but not required
