- • As an Associate, Business Operations - Product Management at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users discover, evaluate, and purchase car insurance through Jerry.ai’s AI-powered super app, directly impacting user experience and business growth in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment.
- • Day to day, you will conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points, own user feedback monitoring by synthesizing insights from reviews and support, drive bug triage with Engineering, lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives such as landing pages and compliance features, partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality user experiences, contribute to A/B testing and funnel analysis, translate customer problems into hypotheses and roadmap priorities, and coordinate with the China-based engineering team during overlapping business hours.
- • You will be embedded in Jerry’s Growth team, collaborating closely with Engineering (including the China-based team), Design, Analytics, and Marketing, with direct visibility to senior leadership including the CEO, operating within a profitable, pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding and experiencing 60X revenue growth over five years.
- • In this role, you will develop sharp product instincts, strengthen your analytical and structured thinking, gain end-to-end product ownership experience, build expertise in growth funnels and experimentation, enhance cross-functional collaboration skills, and accelerate your career growth in a talent-dense environment while impacting millions of users’ car ownership experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
- • Exceptionally structured thinker with ability to break down complex problems and communicate with precision
- • Strong customer empathy and ability to think in user emotions and mental models
- • Data-driven mindset with comfort forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis
- • Willing to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
- • Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a plus but not required
