- • As an Associate Campus Recruiter at Solace Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong early-career talent pipeline by connecting with students and recent graduates, shaping their first impression of the company, and supporting Solace’s mission to improve healthcare navigation through patient advocacy.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting high-volume structured recruiter screens, assessing candidate fit based on core criteria and potential, communicating role and mission details clearly, managing offer conversations and negotiations, maintaining accurate ATS-tracked pipelines, supporting sourcing efforts, and traveling to campus recruiting events during peak seasons (August–November).
- • You will be part of a lean, mission-driven, Series C-backed startup team that values urgency, precision, and heart, reporting to the University and Early Career Recruiting Coordinator while collaborating closely with hiring managers to design effective early-career programs and ensure a strong 90-day onboarding experience.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in university recruiting, gain hands-on experience with Ashby ATS, refine your candidate assessment and negotiation skills, and grow your ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your contributions directly influence talent quality and organizational growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- • Interest in or experience recruiting early-career or university talent
- • Comfortable managing a high volume of candidate interactions with consistency and care
- • Strong communication skills—clear, warm, and direct, especially in candidate conversations
- • Ability to make thoughtful, efficient decisions on candidate progression
- • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- • Familiarity with ATS systems and reporting (Ashby preferred)
- • Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons
- • A strong sense of ownership and follow-through, taking responsibility for outcomes
