- • As an Associate, Client Enablement at Airwallex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding and configuration for global clients, directly impacting the success of the company’s mission to empower businesses with integrated financial solutions.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with account executives to adjust pricing per commercial requests, partner with solution engineers to validate and apply technical configurations, and work cross-functionally with product, operations, and commercial teams to identify and implement improvements in the client onboarding process.
- • You will join the Operations team, which is dedicated to optimizing workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across Airwallex’s global footprint of 26 offices and over 2,000 employees.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in payment systems, financial product configuration, and cross-functional project execution, while gaining visibility into high-impact initiatives that scale with Airwallex’s rapid growth in the US and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of experience in the payment industry or operations at a technology company
- • Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate adaptive problem-solving skills
- • Strong communication skills and customer service consciousness
- • Attention to detail with strong follow-up and good judgment
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones
