• • The Associate, Client Solutions role at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) in Mumbai is a hybrid position (3 days in office, 2 days remote) that serves as the engine driving GLG’s Insight Network—the world’s largest network of subject-matter experts. Associates act as thought partners between clients and experts, enabling high-stakes professional decisions through insight-driven engagement.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting new experts via phone, email, and outreach; scheduling and confirming client-expert calls; collaborating with client-facing teams to refine project scopes; building industry and sector knowledge to vet ideal experts; ensuring compliance with engagement policies; and proactively engaging Network Members to assess their fit for client projects.
