- • Recruit new subject-matter experts to join GLG’s global insight network through targeted lead generation and direct outreach via phone, email, and other methods.
- • Schedule and confirm time-sensitive expert-client calls and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and network members.
- • Collaborate with client-facing teams to refine project scopes, adjust recruiting criteria, and drive successful client outcomes based on evolving needs.
- • Build deep understanding of client strategies, industry sectors, and value chains to identify, vet, and match the most relevant experts for each project.
- • Learn and strictly adhere to GLG’s compliance policies and procedures to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of all client engagements.
- • Proactively engage with GLG’s network of experts to assess their expertise, availability, and suitability for client projects.
- • Excel in a high-pressure, phone-centric environment requiring exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization across multiple concurrent workflows.
- • Develop and apply strong lead generation, screening, pitching, and recruitment skills while managing a pipeline of potential experts.
- • Cultivate transferable business competencies including communication, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, project management, and research.
- • Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to support revenue growth and commercial success across client projects.
- • Mentor incoming Associates as you gain experience and become proficient in your role, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
- • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial targets through consistent performance and proactive client support.
- • Adapt to shifting client priorities with agility, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Work flexible and extended hours, including evenings and some holidays, to accommodate global client time zones and urgent project demands.
- • Demonstrate initiative and responsibility by taking on increasing levels of autonomy and complexity as your tenure and performance grow.
