📋 Description

• • As a Recruiting Specialist at Solace Corporation, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s clinical hiring pipeline by serving as the first point of contact for prospective healthcare professionals, primarily registered nurses (RNs), ensuring only qualified and motivated candidates advance in the recruitment process.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting up to 14 Zoom-based screening calls daily with inbound candidates, assessing licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications, delivering compelling overviews of the role and onboarding process, and making decisive recommendations to move candidates forward or respectfully decline them based on role fit.
• • You will join a lean, mission-driven, Series C-backed healthcare startup founded in 2022 that is redefining patient navigation in the U.S. healthcare system by pairing patients with expert advocates, backed by top-tier venture capital firms and experiencing rapid growth.
