- • The Director, Client Finance (ES) serves as the senior, strategic finance leader and partner for the Engagement Solutions service line at Precision Medicine Group, overseeing financial integrity and performance across the entire project lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning finance governance, revenue oversight, performance management, close and reporting governance, operating model development, and leading a team of Client Finance Managers while partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Sales Ops, BD, and Delivery teams.
- • The team operates within the Engagement Solutions service line, reporting to the Senior Director, AQ Client Finance, and collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to drive profitable growth and financial accountability.
- • The person in this role can learn to build scalable finance operating models, establish governance frameworks, drive executive-level financial insights, and develop leadership leverage through people, process, and systems while influencing strategic decisions at the senior level.
