- • As a People Operations & Talent Generalist at Synthflow AI, you will take end-to-end ownership of people processes, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations from onboarding to offboarding while supporting a globally distributed team with a primary focus on Europe.
- • You will manage the full employee lifecycle, act as the go-to partner for employees and managers on HR policies and day-to-day operations, run and improve hiring operations including ATS management and interview coordination, and support sourcing and pipeline building when needed.
- • You will ensure compliance with German labor law, maintain accurate HR and hiring data in HRIS and ATS systems, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Leadership on payroll, headcount tracking, employment changes, and workforce planning.
- • You will drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, introducing automation, and building scalable processes to support the company’s rapid growth in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

- • You will play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience at a growing AI company by combining hands-on execution with process improvement and automation, thriving in a dynamic environment where clarity and structure are essential.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–4 years of experience in People Ops, HR, Talent Ops, or similar roles in a startup or scale-up
- • Hands-on experience with payroll and multi-country operations, with Germany required and UK/NL experience a plus
- • Strong understanding of employment types, contracts, and compliance, especially German labor law
- • Experience with HRIS/ATS tools such as Hibob, Deel, Personio, or Ashby and a track record of improving workflows
- • Structured, detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings clarity to ambiguity
