📋 Description

• • The Proposal Associate - RFI (Early Phase) role leads the writing, coordination, and presentation of Request for Information (RFI) responses for assigned projects, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables that support business development efforts in the clinical trials space.
• • Day to day, the person will develop robust RFI responses in Word, Excel, and other formats; collaborate with Account Directors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and customize content; proofread, edit, and revise documents for clarity and consistency; manage timelines and priorities to meet deadlines; and maintain the content library by contributing new and updated materials from RFI development.
