- • Project Recruitment Manager for Annotation at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd., a frontier AI data foundry empowering enterprise clients with scalable AI deployment through high-quality data and industry-specific LLMs.
- • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to manage full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers supporting AI annotation projects across 150+ global locales, directly contributing to high-revenue initiatives.
- • Source, screen, and qualify candidates from the OneForma talent pool, craft compelling job ads, negotiate rates, manage onboarding, and maintain accurate recruitment records while collaborating with Global Sourcing, Vendor Management, and CTA teams.
- • Drive process improvements by analyzing feedback, creating recruitment dashboards, tracking KPIs, and supporting client proposals with data on ramp-up times and rates to enhance sourcing efficiency and retention of top performers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- • 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
- • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and creating/managing recruitment dashboards.
- • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- • Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus).
