• • The Associate Compensation & Benefits Director is responsible for executing and administering international compensation and benefit plans, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance across all geographies while supporting strategic HR initiatives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting salary benchmarking, managing annual compensation cycles (merit, promotion, bonus), overseeing benefit plan design and renewals, leading gender pay gap reporting, maintaining HRIS data integrity, producing compensation metrics, and partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
• • PFM Asset Management (operating as Precision Medicine Group) is a Clinical Research Organization specializing in precision medicine, with expertise in rare diseases, oncology, and advanced biomarker analytics, serving clients across therapeutic areas through integrated clinical trial design and data-driven solutions.
