Associate Compensation & Benefits Director

📋 Description

• • As an Associate Compensation & Benefits Director, you will play a critical role in executing and administering international compensation and benefit plans across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance.
• • Day to day, you will conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking, support annual merit and bonus planning, manage benefit plan renewals and vendor relationships, lead gender pay gap reporting, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align rewards strategy with business goals.
• • You will be part of the global Total Rewards team at PFM Asset Management, a growing organization expanding its international footprint, where you’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and regional stakeholders to support local and global HR initiatives.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global compensation design, benefits strategy, HR analytics, and cross-cultural stakeholder management, while leading impactful projects that shape employee value proposition and organizational effectiveness across Latin America.
