- • Serve as an Associate Consultant delivering advanced analytics solutions to life sciences clients, focusing on commercialization optimization through data-driven insights.
- • Develop and implement foundational data analytics infrastructures tailored to client needs in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
- • Leverage artificial intelligence and proprietary technology solutions to enhance customer insights, engagement strategies, and forecasting accuracy.
- • Design and execute territory planning models to optimize sales force effectiveness and resource allocation for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- • Manage and analyze complex medical and commercial datasets to generate actionable reports and performance metrics for client decision-making.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy third-party technology platforms for customer data management, reporting, and analytics automation.
- • Support the development and enhancement of consulting deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- • Guide and mentor junior consulting team members in analytical methodologies, tool usage, and client communication protocols.
- • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive client satisfaction, repeat business, and service expansion.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders across client organizations.
- • Participate in end-to-end project delivery, from initial client discovery through data collection, analysis, modeling, and final presentation.
- • Stay current with evolving trends in life sciences commercialization, regulatory environments, and advanced analytics technologies.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements to elevate the quality and scalability of Beghou’s service offerings.
- • Ensure all analytical work adheres to data governance, compliance, and confidentiality standards specific to the healthcare industry.
- • Work closely with clients to understand their commercial challenges and align analytics solutions with strategic business goals.
- • Utilize statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools to uncover patterns and drive performance improvements.
- • Support the creation of dashboards and automated reporting systems to enable real-time monitoring of key commercial metrics.
- • Engage in client-facing activities including presentations, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions to communicate analytical outcomes.
- • Contribute to proposal development and scoping efforts for new client engagements in advanced analytics and technology deployment.
- • Maintain detailed documentation of analytical workflows, assumptions, and methodologies for auditability and knowledge transfer.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- • Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages
- • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- • Demonstrated ability to work with life sciences or healthcare datasets including sales, marketing, and medical data
