- • As an Associate in Corporate Finance at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial backbone of a high-growth SaaS company valued at $2.2 billion, directly contributing to strategic decision-making through rigorous financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting that impacts leadership and board-level insights.
- • You will own and enhance Zip’s consolidated financial models, including the three-statement model and cash flow forecasting tools, while building ad hoc analyses for investments, headcount planning, and variance analysis to drive predictability and transparency in financial performance.
- • You will actively support Zip’s annual planning and quarterly re-forecast processes by gathering departmental inputs, maintaining financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan), and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency across budgeting cycles.
- • You will assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial packages for leadership and the board, including data visualization and commentary, while tracking key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40) and proactively identifying trends and anomalies.
- • You will partner with HR and Real Estate teams on G&A finance functions, maintaining headcount models, tracking people-related spend, and analyzing lease and facilities costs to support cross-functional financial alignment.
- • You will work closely with the Director of Corporate Finance and gain frequent exposure to senior leadership, accelerating your professional growth in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment where ownership, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.
- • You will develop deep expertise in SaaS finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and corporate finance operations within a category-defining procurement platform backed by top-tier investors and trusted by industry leaders like OpenAI, Snowflake, and JPMorgan Chase.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similar analytical finance role
- • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets modeling skills with the ability to build clean, auditable models from scratch
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; strong academic record preferred
