📋 Description

• As an Associate Deployment Strategist in APAC based in Korea, you will serve as a trusted advisor and first responder for TRM Labs’ global customer base during APAC hours, delivering real-time, high-quality support and managing a portfolio of Korean customer relationships to ensure consistent value, measurable outcomes, and alignment with TRM’s mission to combat crypto-related financial crime.
• You will own and manage real-time customer support during APAC hours across ticketing and communication platforms like Intercom, acting as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from law enforcement, financial institutions, and crypto businesses — ensuring timely triage, clear communication, accurate resolution, and smooth escalation to internal teams while supporting investigations, tool usage, and technical issue resolution in partnership with Solutions Engineering or Product teams.
• You will manage a portfolio of Korean customer relationships from onboarding through adoption, support, and renewal, using data and customer outcomes to drive renewals and expansion, identify new business opportunities with crypto businesses, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies, and collaborate closely with Account Directors to surface growth potential.
• You will deliver product training for new and existing customers, highlighting TRM’s blockchain intelligence capabilities and helping customers apply them to investigative and compliance objectives, while acting as the Voice of the Customer by capturing feedback from support and training interactions to inform product enhancements, documentation improvements, and cross-team learnings.
• You will serve as TRM’s primary Korean-language interface for customers and prospects, supporting platform demonstrations, investigative discussions, and relationship development across virtual and in-person engagements, and represent TRM at industry events and inbound inquiries generated through marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships in Korea.
• You will contribute to TRM’s 24-hour global support model by ensuring continuous customer engagement during APAC hours, coordinating with internal teams to expedite trace validation and intelligence gathering within hours during time-sensitive events like sanctions updates or critical investigations, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, speed, and customer impact.
• You will join a globally distributed, remote-first Customer Success team that thrives on asynchronous communication via Slack and detailed documentation, participating in weekly Customer Syncs, bi-weekly health syncs, POD calls, and regular customer engagements as a trusted advisor focused on driving value, building meaningful relationships, and bringing customer insights back to Product and Engineering teams.
• You will operate in a high-velocity, high-ownership environment where priorities shift quickly, ambiguity is common, and personal accountability is expected — rewarded for urgency, adaptability, creative problem-solving, and outcomes in a mission-driven culture focused on building a safer world through AI and blockchain analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of professional experience in law enforcement, government, crypto businesses, or financial institutions, preferably in compliance, investigative, or customer-facing functions.
• Native or business-level Korean (spoken and written) required for all customer-facing work, with working proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
• High empathy and responsiveness, with genuine motivation to help customers succeed and get unblocked quickly in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience or strong interest in virtual currencies and blockchain analytics, ideally within a compliance or investigative context, with willingness to deepen expertise.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems, prioritize critical issues, and deliver actionable solutions under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigour, combined with the ability to simplify and communicate complex technical and investigative concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, trainings, or events in Korea.
