- • As an Associate Digital Product Manager of Mobile Apps at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping mobile-first digital strategies that align with evolving business priorities and drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product features, managing a prioritized backlog aligned with engineering capacity, leading Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives), and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant mobile solutions that meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
- • You will work closely with Engineering, Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to ensure mobile initiatives are delivered on time, to specification, and in support of key business and product initiatives across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of professional experience in a corporate environment)
- • 3 years of experience in digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, or member/relationship database marketing campaigns
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint
- • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and work independently or in a team environment
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
