- • The Associate Director of Compensation leads the execution and administration of global job and compensation frameworks aligned with enterprise Total Rewards strategy, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance across all geographies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the annual compensation cycle (calendar, guidelines, ranges, calibration), conducting market benchmarking, analyzing job descriptions, maintaining HR systems for compensation data integrity, producing HR metrics, and advising senior leadership using data analytics to support pay positioning and talent strategy.
- • The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to design, administer, and optimize compensation programs, including incentive and salary increase budgets, while providing guidance and training to HR teams on compensation-related matters.
- • This position offers the opportunity to lead global compensation initiatives, influence executive decisions through data-driven storytelling, shape organizational pay policies, and develop expertise in global regulatory environments, change leadership, and project management within a mission-driven organization focused on precision medicine.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 or more years of global compensation experience within mature international organizations
- • Advanced proficiency with market pricing, survey methodology, salary structures, regression analysis, and data modeling
- • Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation
- • Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred)
- • Background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industries aligned with PMG’s service lines (preferred)
- • Demonstrated bias for action, ownership, influence without authority, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, change leadership, and project management excellence
